Private Locum Dentist required 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed, well established independently owned private practice near Diss, Norfolk.
* £500-£600 per day depending on experience or 45% of fees generated
* Hours 9.30 am – 5.30pm, half hour lunch
* Existing well maintained list
* Long standing staff, family type practice with lots of long standing patients too!
* 2 Fully computerised surgeries
* Digital X-rays, Belmont Chair, Dentally Software
* Full support team
* Parking on site
* Available now, start date negotiable.

* GDC certificate
* UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
* Indemnity certificate

* Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
