As they continue their growth journey, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor Director to play a key role in driving the business forward. You’ll be responsible for leading technical delivery, developing the team, building client relationships, and contributing to the strategic business plan. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of cost management services across a range of projects and sectors. Work closely with the founders to shape and implement strategic growth plans. Manage and develop a growing team of Quantity Surveyors, providing leadership and mentorship. Play a key role in business development and work-winning activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure high standards of technical delivery and client service. Contribute to operational planning, resource management and business performance monitoring. About You MRICS qualified with significant post-chartership experience. Proven background in delivering Quantity Surveying services within a consultancy environment. Experienced in managing and developing teams. Strong track record of work-winning and client relationship management. Commercially astute, with the ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
