Job Title: Registered Children’s Home Manager
Location: Warrington (Runcorn)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) – Solo Placements, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, Neglect
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager ready for the next step) with a proven background in managing children’s residential homes. You will be passionate about delivering outstanding care, driving quality standards, and ensuring compliance. Strong leadership, resilience, and excellent organisational skills are essential.
The Home
* Number of Beds: Solo Placement
* Location: Warrington (Runcorn)
* Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect
* Ofsted Rating: Newly established, aiming for Good or Outstanding
* Ratio of staff to children: 2:1
Qualifications
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in Years Required: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within an Ofsted registered children’s home
