Location: Bristol (relocation support available)
Salary: £55,000 plus bonus

The Role:
1. Leading and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
2. Overseeing all operational and financial aspects of the site
3. Driving sales and managing the full P&L
4. Creating a positive, guest-first culture across the team
5. Maintaining brand standards while bringing fresh energy and ideas
The Person:
6. Proven experience as a General Manager within the hospitality industry
7. Strong people focus - both guest experience and team development
8. Commercially astute with a hands-on leadership style
9. Solid track record managing P&L and consistently delivering against targets
10. Experience across branded and/or independent operations
11. Ready to step straight in with a confident and credible operational approach
