Customer Operations Advisor Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Customer Operations Advisor to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Witton ,Birmingham. ROLE : Customer Operations Advisor PAY RATE: £27,164.80/annum, £13.93/hour Overtime: Rare but possible Overtime rates: 1.5x (Mon-Sat), 2x (Sunday) JOB TYPE : Temporary - 3 months (Possibility of extension or temp-to-perm) LOCATION : Witton, Birmingham HOURS : : 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday, 30 mins lunch, 40 hours/week No Overtime Available. THE ROLE: Receiving goods, completing necessary documentation and allocating stock as applicable Site operates a self-service store with RFID tags so goods are tagged and engineers self-service Tagging and storing items to support this Expediting orders- calls directly with suppliers, discussing lead times Updating on-site computer systems for receipting goods and updating orders Replenish two vending machines with stock as required Providing support to engineers if they have difficulty locating items Stock taking General housekeeping, keeping stores area tidy Adhering to health and safety procedures THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Basic computer literacy - able to show professional email correspondence, data entry on MS Excel and on-site systems, able to update system information Good timekeeping / organization skills Stores/Warehouse experience advantageous but not essential - can be trained Excellent communication skills for customer-facing and supplier interactions Comfortable working in a male-dominated, heavy automotive environment Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
