We are currently seeking Lecturers to teach across a range of undergraduate levels as part of our BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Due to our delivery model, we require flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and at weekends.

Responsibilities
* All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met.
* Developing, updating, and improving course materials as appropriate.
* Using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials.
* Actively engaging in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties.
* Understanding and keeping up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices.
* Working towards a range of clearly defined objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and student progression.
About You
* Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).
* Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area.
* Demonstrated extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter.
* Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
* Experience of accurate reporting and ability to maintain thorough and organised student records.
* Able to work under pressure, plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills.
* Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
Desirable
* Hold a Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification (or commitment to enrol on a teaching programme during the probationary period and complete within three years) or Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent).
* Experience of design / development of academic or professional education programmes or equivalent.
