Job Descriptions:
Customer Service Champion (£12.21 per hour, 14-21hrs per week)
As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our business, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service. Your main responsibilities will include:
· Ensuring the safe authorisation of the fuel pumps.
· Operating the tills and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
· Promote products and services at the till point.
· Assisting customers in the store.
· Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store and the forecourt area according to Brand Standard.
· Maintaining the Costa Coffee machines within the store.
· Carry out the baking of our DelibyShell range.
· Accepting and dealing with store deliveries.
· Handling customer inquiries and providing information on products and services.
· Restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are tidy and well-presented.
· Supporting the management team with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Night Cashier (£12.41 per hour, 20-30hrs per week)
As a Night Cashier, you will be the face of our business, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service. Your main responsibilities will include:

Supervisor (28hrs per week)
The site supervisor will work closely and collaborate with the Site Manager in the day to day running of the Service Station. Ensuring, smooth, efficient and profitable performance. This role involves overseeing station operations, Stock management, personnel management, strong compliance with audits and health & Safety, training and coaching team members, reconciliations, provide excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries.

Forecourt Cleaner (£12.21 per hour, 20hrs per week)
As a forecourt cleaner you will be responsible for ensuring the forecourt is always presented to the highest standard, while also supporting stock management and assisting with general site maintenance. Your main responsibilities will include:
· Daily cleaning and maintenance of the forecourt, including pump islands, bins, and signage.
· Stock management and restocking of essential items such as sand buckets, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.
· Reporting and addressing any site defects or hazards.
· Assisting with customer inquiries
· Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
· Occasional deep cleaning of the forecourt with a Jet Wash and annual painting tasks.
· Helping with store deliveries and light gardening tasks.
· Providing cover for other service stations when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude towards customers.
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning and outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
