Maintenance Engineer

£59,600 + 10% Bonus
4 on 4 off (2 days 2 nights)

The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Reactive maintenance and breakdown support across process lines
* Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
* Working on conveyors, robots, palletisers and packaging machinery
* Electrical work involving sensors, relays, contactors, inverters and three-phase systems
* Mechanical maintenance on bearings, chains, belts, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics
* Supporting planned preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities
What We're Looking For
* An engineering qualification (NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, Apprenticeship or equivalent)
* Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, process or automated environments
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
* Experience working safely on machinery
* A proactive attitude and team-focused approach
