The role
Join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant and make a real difference every day!
In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to support children with Autism, SEMH needs, and a range of learning difficulties, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.
You’ll play a key part in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment – whether that’s working 1:1 with a child, supporting small groups, or lending a hand to the whole class. At times, you may also provide personal care, ensuring every pupil feels safe, respected, and cared for. A fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils and staff, and to see the real impact of your support.
The school
This SEN school caters for secondary and Primary aged pupils, with schools throughout West Sussex. The school truly care about every child, including their personal care needs, and there is a very supportive and welcoming environment. Many of our candidates provide excellent feedback from their time working at the school.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
