We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead end-to-end process optimisation initiatives that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and digital integration across the luxury estate business. Reporting to the Commercial CEO, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing workflows, leading quality improvement projects, and implementing process enhancement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, some industry experience in operations or process optimisation, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and expertise in driving organisational change.
What you'll be doing:
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and procedures.
* Design, develop, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Identify and investigate process gaps, performance issues, and stakeholder complaints.
* Define and establish performance benchmarks and standards.
* Monitor workflows and staff performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, boost productivity, and improve employee engagement.
* Share insights and feedback with team members and leadership for informed decision-making.
* Train, mentor, and support team members in adopting new processes and tools.
* Stay current with industry trends in process optimization and organizational management.
What experience you will need to apply:
* Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
* Industry experience in ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
* Proven ability to identify process and organisational weaknesses.
* Strategic and analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
* Dynamic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Leadership and mentoring abilities.
