Housing Support Worker (Night Security) - Wellingborough, UK

Key Responsibilities
* Shift Pattern: 10:00pm - 03:00am
* Occasional Weekend: 09:00am - 05:00pm
* Hourly Pay: £12.21
Job Responsibilities
* Provide a safe and secure environment for residents during night shifts.
* Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security.
* Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, following established protocols.
* Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
* Assist residents with any needs or concerns during the night.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to security and support.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a housing support role is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
* Basic first aid certification is an advantage.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
