We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team on a self-employed basis. Key Details: Location: Reading Area Rate: £25/hour (self-employed). Schedule: Flexible, with 5 days/week available. Tools/Insurance: Own tools and Public Liability Insurance required. Driving Licence: Essential. Office Visit: Bi-weekly in Reading (RG2) to collect/drop off keys/materials. Van: May be provided for the right candidate. Role Overview: You’ll carry out day-to-day maintenance across our garage sites — including minor repairs, concreting, hedge trimming, lock changes, waste clearance and basic roofing/guttering works.
