Location: Greater London - Hammersmith & Outskirts of London Areas
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm + Out of Hours Rota
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Technical Operations
o Operate all MEP systems on site in a competent and confident manner (including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations)
o Make recommendations for improvement and provide concise technical reports when required
o Efficiently and effectively complete eLogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks that have been allocated
o Ensure that tasks have been acknowledged and completed within SLA requirements
* Service & Quality Assurance
o Ensure that Specialist Vendor service visits are completed efficiently
o Inspect quality of work and communicate recommendations to the JLL Supervisor
o Take ownership of site (including all plant rooms) under JLL control
o Ensure sites are brought up to and maintained to the required show site standards
* Health & Safety Compliance
o Actively participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities
o Complete Hazard/Near Miss Reporting as required
o Regular attendance and completion of scheduled Toolbox Talks
* Supply Chain Management
o Liaise with the supply chain when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Technical Qualifications
o Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Building Services Environments
o Electrical Engineering apprenticeship/ NVQ/ C&G or similar qualification
o C&G Parts 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds
o 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition)
* Personal Skills
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff
o Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation
o Good IT skills
o Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints
