Provide outstanding service by managing renewals, claims, and mid-term adjustments with care and precision. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest healthcare products, policies, and market trends. Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals to deliver seamless, innovative solutions. Uphold the highest standards by ensuring all work aligns with regulations and company policies. About You You bring valuable experience from a similar healthcare role, with a solid understanding of healthcare products and policies. Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service comes naturally to you. You’re highly organised, detail-focused, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities with ease. Tech-savvy and confident, you’re proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft Office. You’re passionate about growing your expertise and staying ahead of industry trends.
