Bridgestone Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Senior Furniture Fitter. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving, fast-growing team delivering high-quality installation projects across Workplace & Education Furniture, Hospitality Furniture, and Office Moves Management.
This role is ideal for an experienced and motivated fitter who thrives in a varied environment. No two days will be the same—you’ll be working on dynamic projects at client sites across the UK.
Flexibility is key, as some evening, weekend work, and occasional overnight stays will be required.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering and installing furniture across offices, schools, colleges, and leisure venues.
* Loading vehicles with furniture and installation tools at the warehouse.
* Assembling and installing furniture on-site using the correct tools and equipment.
* Reading and interpreting construction drawings and layout plans.
* Ensuring installations meet precise plans, schedules, and client expectations.
* Working collaboratively with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.
* Reporting installation issues promptly with photos and escalation where needed.
About You
* At least 2 years’ experience as a furniture fitter or supervisor (preferred).
* Skilled in workplace furniture installation and assembly.
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Confident interpreting technical drawings and working to specification.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting.
* Full UK driving licence and your own transport to reach the warehouse.
