Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Team Manager to join our team at M&S Clothing and Home in Bradford. You’ll play a key role in delivering CI projects, supporting operational teams, and promoting a culture of improvement across the site. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and influence positive change in a fast‑paced environment.
The role is being offered on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday, although some flexibility may be required during peak times – this is logistics after all!

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum. You’ll also receive 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), and the option to buy additional days. Typical Responsibilities
* Deliver 3–4 medium‑scale CI projects per year (£10k–£15k savings)
* Support operations and support functions with their own improvement projects
* Lead and take accountability for the Tactical Idea Generation Programme
* Hold CI forums to promote understanding and engagement with continuous improvement
* Work with finance to track assumptions, trial results and actual savings for gainshare reporting
* Develop and maintain process maps and implement visual workplace standards including 5S
* Mentor CI trainees and support hands‑on project delivery
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in a continuous improvement or operational excellence role, at a management level within logistics, distribution or supply chain
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies (Yellow Belt or higher)
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to analyse data and identify cost‑saving opportunities
* Understanding of P&L and how KPIs impact profitability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS systems
