Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and prepare analytical reports for court proceedings concerning child welfare cases, ensuring children’s needs are prioritised.
* Collaborate with families and agencies to develop effective plans that support the safety and well-being of children.
* Provide expert advice to the Family Court system, presenting your findings clearly and effectively.
* Attend court hearings and present evidence as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for children and families involved.
* Facilitate communication between the Family Court and involved parties, ensuring a smooth process and clarity for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
* A degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential.
* You must have a current Social Work England registration to practice in the UK.
* Substantial frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker is required.
