Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 78 luxury bedrooms, fine dining restaurant, brasserie, pool, spa and conference suite 'overlooking nothing but the lake'
We have a friendly team and are always looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to come on board. We are currently recruiting for the position of Maintenance Person.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the team at Lakeside support all aspects of this busy hotel operation. Maintenance support can be very reactive to guest and departmental needs as well as involving planned and routine maintenance. The hotel requires constant repair, renewal and refurbishment of the hotel facilities to keep us looking our best for all our guests. This role would be varied and ideal for someone with previous experience painting, but willing to develop other maintenance skills.
Our ideal candidate will have:
· Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
· The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· A proactive and positive attitude towards work and problem-solving.
Part time hours -2-3 days per week
