Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth for Chemigraphic by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to strategic planning. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of the electronic manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D, and operations) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
* Track and report on key performance metrics and business development activities.
* Represent Chemigraphic at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the component distribution or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in CRM software.
