Your new company You will be joining a specialist secondary setting in Preston that supports pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The school is a small, nurturing provision with small class sizes and high staff-to-student ratios, allowing for personalised support and strong relationship building. The setting focusses on helping pupils who may have experienced barriers in mainstream education to re-engage with learning, develop emotional regulation and build confidence for the future. Your new role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work full-time (5 days per week) on an ongoing basis, supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom.
