Location requirements: Must reside in one of the following postcodes: SA1, SA2, SA3, SA4, SA5, SA6, SA7, SA8, SA9, SA10, SA11, SA12, SA13, SA14, SA15, CF31, CF33.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Becoming an expert in installations, fault fixing, and delivering excellent customer service.
2. Diagnosing errors and technical issues and determining suitable solutions.
3. Documenting processes and adhering to company standards and protocols.
4. Collaborating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization.
Training and work schedule: No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided along with a mentor. Enjoy a 4-day work week (37.5 hours, Monday to Saturday), with shifts of 7.5 and 10 hours, promoting a better work-life balance.
