This independently owned and well-regarded pub group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its most prominent sites near the scenic Norfolk coast. This is a thriving, high-volume venue offering a lively bar, quality dining, and stylish rooms. It's a fantastic opportunity for a proven General Manager to take charge of a busy, much-loved business with a strong local reputation.
The Role:
* Managing all aspects of the operation: bar, restaurant and rooms
* Leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
* Driving sales, managing costs, and delivering strong P&L results
* Ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth day-to-day operations
The Person:
* Proven experience running a busy, high-volume pub or similar venue
* Strong leadership, team management, and commercial skills
* Hands-on, customer-focused approach with attention to detail
* Sound understanding of licensing, food safety, and health & safety regulations
