HR Advisor
We are looking to appoint a highly organised and experienced HR advisor to join our well established HR Team. The successful candidate will lead the operational delivery of HR services. They must also have the ability and confidence to communicate with staff at all levels and be comfortable in prioritizing a varied workload. It is also essential that the successful candidate is able to work with discretion and confidentiality.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to play a key role in the delivery of high quality HR services to over 240 teaching and support staff. The school has recently undergone extensive building work to create fantastic state of the art working facilities.
Responsibilities
* Lead the operational delivery of HR services.
* Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and prioritise a varied workload with discretion and confidentiality.
Role details
The position is for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working hours are 08:30 – 16:40 with some flexibility, determined with the successful candidate alongside the needs of the department. The post is term-time (38 weeks) plus five teacher training days per annum, plus a further four weeks to be worked during school holidays; a total of 43 weeks.
Salary
Starting salary for a full-time post at Band I is within the range £33,699 to £36,363 starting point depending on experience and qualifications. Actual salary based on hours and weeks worked is calculated at £32,189 - £34,733 subject to any continuous service.
