About the Project
Salter Grange have partnered with a growing main contractor to recruit a driven and dynamic Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark £100m development in Nine Elms. The project comprises the construction of two hotels totaling 950 rooms, set to redefine hospitality in one of London’s most dynamic districts.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the scheme, ensuring it is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, you will be at the forefront of one of London’s most significant hospitality developments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning, procurement, and delivery of the hotel development
Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, and construction
Monitor budgets, schedules, risk, and compliance with health & safety regulations
Coordinate with developers, operators, and local authorities to maintain project momentum
Ensure quality assurance and sustainability standards are met
About You
Proven track record of managing large-scale (£50m+) construction projects, ideally in hospitality, residential, or mixed-use sectors
Strong commercial awareness with experience in budget management and contract administration
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A hands on leader with the ability to motivate diverse teams and resolve challenges proactively
