About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle servicing and repair journey. Your role is pivotal in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and smooth communication between the customer, workshop, and parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Book service and repair work while ensuring workshop and parts availability.
* Keep customers informed of progress and advise on additional work if needed.
* Organise loan car bookings efficiently.
* Invoice accurately and ensure warranty transactions are processed daily.
* Manage payments in accordance with company policies.
* Work towards achieving hours sold targets and maintaining WIP to a minimum.
* Maintain accurate customer records using Kerridge & Dialog systems.
* Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and upsell services where applicable.
* Convert inbound and outbound calls into bookings.
Who We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a dealership or service advisor role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver customer excellence.
* A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning.
* Computer literacy and attention to detail.
* Experience in a target-driven role.
* A full UK driving licence (up to 6 points) is desirable.

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: Between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM (typically an 8:00 AM start), with a 1-hour lunch break.
* Rota on Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Salary: £29, 415 PLUS Bonus
