The Role
Provide 1:1 tailored tuition to a student with Special Educational Needs
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Support academic progress as well as confidence and independence
Work closely with parents/carers and other professionals where required
Maintain clear records of progress and adapt strategies as needed
Ideal Candidate
Qualified teacher or experienced SEN tutor
Experience working with children with additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, learning difficulties)
Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
Available for in-person sessions in Romford
