In this role, you’ll be at the center of our European logistics network—managing intercompany shipments between production sites and warehouses, and ensuring seamless deliveries to dealer locations across multiple countries. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to align schedules, anticipate challenges, and keep operations running smoothly.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT
* Are you a transport planning pro? You’ll coordinate intercompany shipments across European warehouses and production sites, as well as direct deliveries to dealer locations across Europe and the UK.
* Do you excel at operational alignment? Collaborate with internal teams to forecast transport needs, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure schedules meet customer expectations.
* Are you a relationship builder? Develop strong partnerships with external logistics providers and internal stakeholders to support long-term success.
* Do you lead with confidence? Act as the senior logistics representative on-site in the UK, mentor junior staff, and oversee temporary support when needed.
* Are you passionate about improvement? Monitor KPIs like lead times and delivery accuracy, implement process enhancements, and support digital transformation initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING
* 3–5 years of experience in transport planning, logistics coordination, and operations supervision/management
* At least 3 years of people management experience
* Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* Experience with intercompany or international transport (preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience (Navision, Sage or similar) and familiarity with TMS systems a plus
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* English fluency required; French or Dutch preferred
