We’re hiring a Resource Allocation Manager to own day-to-day and strategic deployment of associates, trainees and paralegals. You’ll manage workload allocation, monitor utilisation and capacity, provide data-driven reporting to HR and practice leads, resolve allocation conflicts and support recruitment/onboarding and trainee programmes.
Must have proven experience in resource/workforce management (within a law firm), strong stakeholder influencing skills, excellent Excel/analytical ability and discretion handling confidential information.
