As a Purchasing Supervisor, you'll lead dedicated teams, manage supplier relationships, drive commercial strategy, and support new business development. Responsibilities Key procurement company representative for all matters relating to contracts including contractual issues, negotiations, reviewing and identifying risks. Develop strong relationships with suppliers and oversee their performance. Drive profitability through commercial insight and pricing reviews. Manage procurement operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials, subcontracts, and quotations. Support the introduction of new business opportunities. Collaborate with operational department heads to ensure consistent service delivery and awareness of contractual obligations. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team. Requirements Demonstrable experience in procurement, contract management and negotiation, ideally within aviation or a related technical industry. Strong negotiation skills and experience handling commercial terms with customers and suppliers. Successful track record in building new business wins. Ability to develop effective and robust supply chain solutions and stock management. Demonstrable experience managing multiple teams across different disciplines while meeting deadlines and priorities. Skilled in developing procurement procedures and using KPIs to drive improvement. Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in the use of MS Office and business systems and procedures. High level of attention to detail.
