In this role, you will lead the design and continuous improvement of Master Batch Records (MBRs) within our Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and supporting operational excellence across manufacturing processes.Key responsibilities:* Design and maintain Master Batch Records (MBRs) within our Manufacturing Execution System (MES).* Gather requirements and collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and technical experts.* Update master data, state diagrams, and equipment management instructions.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues during validation and implementation.* Support MES enhancements and participate in user training.* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.Knowledge, skills & experience:* Experience in a similar role or an avid learner with experience from a manufacturing function and some manufacturing systems knowledge.* Experience with Rockwell FTPS is ideal.* Enthusiastic and hands-on style, self-reliant with excellent troubleshooting skillsYou’ll play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and operational excellence, working in a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration.#LI-HybridWe are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
