Position Role : Principal College Staff Officer coordinating Old College HQ, RMAS staff effort. Responsibilities : Responsibility for the coordination of staff effort and programming of a resourced plan to meet with both the College CO's and Ac HQ priorities. Lead the planning, execution of staff effort across G4/5/7/8 staff branches in support of the College CO's intent. Old College Fund Manager, Sy Officer, and Unit Alcohol Advisor. Coordinate College activity that arises from Academy HQ level working groups, QIAP, Hard and Soft Facilities Management. Deputise for the CO, perform other duties as directed. Coordinate assurance and risk management for the College on behalf of the CO. Direct and run the routine activities of the college. Issue direction and guidance to company commanders on the routine activities of the college. Key facilitator for OCdt empowerment through the OCdt Councils and Gender Forums.
