We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development and learning through play and structured activities. we also have the opportunity to support an apprentice.
We are a rural setting so you would need access transport.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to track their development.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's individual needs.
* Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a positive environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting, ensuring all equipment is safe and suitable for use.
* Support the management team in implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma) is an advantage but we can offer an apprenticeship for the right candidate.
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred, or having a good understanding of children's development..
* Strong team working skills to guide less experienced staff members where required.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
