Service Team Manager – Mental Health Team
Location: Hybrid (home and office) - Bupa Place, Salford Quays
Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Fantastic benefits

Role Overview
As a Service Team Manager, you will lead and support our Remote Mental Health service, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective support for Bupa corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Management: Oversee a team of Remote Counsellors, Remote CBT Psychotherapists and Psychologists, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
* Leadership: Develop and coach front-line employees to deliver exceptional service.
* Continuous Improvement: Review demand, understand customer needs, and implement process improvements.
* Performance Management: Address performance issues promptly and fairly, ensuring development plans are followed.
* Training: Mentor staff on new processes and systems, providing one-on-one training to ensure best practices.
* Resource Optimization: Manage punctuality and absence to maximize available resources consistently.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Experience managing front-line employees in a customer-focused environment.
* Experience managing teams within a Mental Health setting.
* Strong product knowledge (internal).
* Understanding of continuous improvement principles/QMS.
* Customer-centric mindset.
* Change management skills.
* Excellent planning and time management abilities.
