About the Role
We're looking for a visionary Lead Creative Strategist to own the creative engine behind our paid social ads. This isn't just a creative role—it's about ideas that convert. You'll lead creative strategy across multiple clients, working hand-in-hand with our Paid Social Managers to develop high-performing ad content, write scroll-stopping hooks, and oversee content iterations based on data.
You should be equal parts
creative director, performance marketer, and strategist
—someone who understands that great ideas only work if they perform.
Key Responsibilities
* Creative Ideation:
Develop ad concepts, angles, and hooks that stop the scroll and sell the product
* Briefing & Direction:
Create clear, conversion-driven briefs for content creators, UGC talent, and editors
* Hook + Creative Analysis:
Dive deep into creative metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, ROAS) to understand what's working—and why
* Creative Iterations:
Build new variations of top ads, evolving concepts with new hooks, formats, and CTAs
* Collaboration:
Work closely with Paid Social Account Managers to align creative strategy with performance goals
* Creative Testing Plans:
Structure creative testing flows that fuel ad accounts with learnings
* Creative Library Management:
Maintain and organise winning ads, insights, and frameworks for internal and client use
* Trend Leadership:
Spot platform trends early and translate them into concepts that match client tone and goals
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience leading creative strategy in a paid social environment (agency preferred)
* Strong understanding of creative performance metrics (hook rates, retention, CTR, etc.)
* Experience briefing and directing creators or editors
* Native-level understanding of content across TikTok, Meta, and IG Reels
* Copywriting ability for hooks, headlines, and captions
* Sharp eye for content quality and storytelling
* Organised and communicative—you can keep projects moving and stakeholders aligned
* Comfortable presenting creative ideas to clients and explaining performance outcomes
