The role
Working as part of Madano's Creative Practice, the Presentation Designer plays a key role in creating high-quality presentations and visual communications for clients across science, healthcare, technology and corporate sectors. The role focuses on designing compelling PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations, employing visual storytelling, information design, and technical skills to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Core Responsibilities
- Design high-quality PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for clients
- Turn complex information into clear, compelling visual stories
- Create polished slide layouts using strong typography, hierarchy, colour and composition
- Build presentation templates, master slides and reusable slide systems
- Create charts, diagrams, infographics, animations and interactive elements
- Ensure all work is accurate, on-brand and easy for clients to use
- Manage presentation projects from brief through to final delivery
- Work closely with creative, strategy, project management and account teams
What You Bring
- Demonstrable professional experience designing presentations as a primary area of expertise
- Advanced to expert PowerPoint skills, including template creation, master slides, animation and presentation optimisation
- Strong Google Slides capability
- A portfolio showing presentation design as a core specialism
- Strong visual storytelling and information design skills
- Excellent layout, typography and visual hierarchy skillsExperience turning complex content and data into clear visual formats
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing e-learning content and interactive learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 would be advantageous, but is not essential.
