Kelly Group - Dispatch Coordinator
Kelly Group is seeking top talent for the role of Dispatch Coordinator, responsible for optimizing the workday of Field Engineers to ensure timely customer service delivery in line with SLA standards. The role focuses on maximizing service efficiency while maintaining safety, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Support field teams in achieving installations within SLA through effective planning and scheduling.
* Ensure compliance with standards and processes via regular debriefs with field engineers.
* Organize engineer activities for efficient assignment, issue resolution, and ongoing monitoring.
* Monitor and reallocate work to optimize resource utilization.
* Maintain communication with engineers to address any issues with installs.
* Liaise with clients to prevent work failures.
* Build strong relationships with Area Managers to ensure quality service.
* Handle client queries and requests promptly.
* Complete and report on all field service documentation accurately.
* Ensure all jobs are closed by day's end.
* Maintain and update client systems regularly.
* Promote health and safety standards in compliance with legal and company policies.
* Work a shift pattern between 7am - 9pm, including potential overtime and weekend work.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
* Process-driven with a customer-focused approach.
* Numerate and literate, capable of interpreting data and reports.
* Effective interpersonal skills for building relationships.
* Team player with good time management skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
