We seek an Experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a friendly, modern dental team in Ramsey, Isle of Man.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring high‑quality patient care and maintaining the practice's reputation
* Driving growth and achieving financial KPIs
* Managing staff recruitment, inductions and daily operations
* Supporting clinical and reception teams and managing private targets
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Overseeing compliance with CQC (if applicable)
Qualifications
* Dental nurse qualification with GDC registration (preferred)
* 5+ years of experience in a dental setting
* Strong leadership, communication skills and computer literacy
* Experience with SOE software and CQC knowledge advantageous
Work Hours
Full‑time, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
