The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence and health litigation matters on behalf of major healthcare organisations, NHS Resolution, and medical defence bodies.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims
* Acting on behalf of NHS Resolution, medical defence organisations and leading healthcare insurers
* Advising healthcare professionals and providers on complex, high-value matters
* Preparing pleadings, witness statements and case reports in line with client SLAs
* Supporting senior team members on strategic and technically challenging cases
* Contributing to client training and internal team development initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE (defendant clinical negligence experience essential)
* Strong technical background in healthcare or medical malpractice work
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Client-focused with the ability to manage complex caseloads efficiently
* A team player with a proactive, solutions-led approach
