The opportunity:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will:
* Oversee operational activities including inventory management, cash handling, compliance, and staff supervision.
* Ensure high operational standards and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts and audits.
* Coordinate merchandise shipments and implement inventory control procedures.
Cash Handling and Loss Prevention:
* Manage cash processes, supervise cashiers, and collaborate with loss prevention teams.
Store Operations:
* Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
* Identify operational improvements.
Staff Supervision and Training:
* Guide and evaluate staff, train new employees, foster a positive environment.
Customer Service:
* Promote a welcoming atmosphere, resolve customer issues, support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Experience in retail operations or supervisory roles preferred.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of inventory and POS systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
