Hilary loves socialising and is looking to recruit a confident Senior Support Worker who can assist the team leader and the team to support her in her own home. Hilary would like her Senior Support Worker to be able to hold strong boundaries but also have some fun with her. Hilary likes to keep busy and enjoys interacting with others; she needs someone who can provide positive encouragement and enthusiasm in her day-to-day life.

The Senior Support Worker must be forward-thinking and confident in assisting Hilary's team leader and team to help her achieve her hopes and dreams. You will support Hilary at home to build her independence and daily living skills, provide emotional and health support, and help her explore new opportunities and friendships.
Hilary genuinely enjoys the company of others and is kind and thoughtful. You should be an advocate for her, always prioritizing her best interests. She values feeling safe, so rules and boundaries are important to her. She takes pride in her appearance and keeping her house tidy, and she may need support in these areas. Having understanding and supportive team members who can help her through difficult times is essential.
