An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team within a leading business operating across multiple brand portfolios. This role is essential in supporting the strategic and operational execution of the marketing function, ensuring seamless campaign coordination and cross-departmental collaboration.
The Marketing Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative, planning, and operational support to the Head of Marketing and wider leadership team. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital assets, supporting social media and content production, and overseeing event logistics. Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and ensure timely execution of digital assets.
2. Support brand strategy and planning through system reporting and operational input.
3. Manage diaries, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and administrative processes for the marketing team.
4. Be the first point of contact for all internal marketing team queries and coordination tasks.
5. Support implementation of time tracking and monthly team performance reporting.
6. Work closely with internal departments such as Finance and Commercial to ensure campaign and event alignment.
7. Organise internal and external marketing events, including logistics for key industry events and awards.
8. Assist in marketing material production and distribution, including liaising with agencies and clients for approvals.
