Senior Product Manager (AI) Labs: we are looking for a curious, hands-on Senior Product Manager with a passion for AI and experimentation to join our Product & Delivery team and our growing AI Labs team. Our AI Labs help clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape while showcasing Transform''s ability to combine technical expertise with business context. They provide a safe space to experiment with AI, build and test working prototypes, and learn how AI can solve challenging problems. You’ll be the embedded PM for AI Labs, working with multidisciplinary Lab teams to move from problem to tested concept and ensure each Lab delivers value. Beyond the Labs, you''ll also spend time on internal AI product development (e.g., workflow agents) and external AI product development for clients, and help shape our AI proposition.
This is a unique role combining client-facing product leadership, hands-on experimentation at the forefront of AI, and shaping our internal AI proposition. It''s ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, translates technical possibilities into business value, and wants to help organisations adopt AI safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* You’ll be responsible for delivering value by combining user needs, business needs, and technology.
* You’ll work side-by-side with data scientists and engineers to turn AI capabilities into tangible prototypes.
* You’ll operate mainly in the 0-1 product space and support colleagues and clients to do the same.
* You’ll act as the voice of the user and business, ensuring outputs are not just technically feasible but genuinely valuable.
* Lead discovery with client stakeholders to frame problems, define hypotheses, and identify success measures.
* You’ll care about metrics, demonstrating success and making decisions with data.
* You’ll help clients make hard decisions through prioritisation, analysis and clear communication.
* You’ll contribute to Labs as a growth lever by highlighting opportunities for follow-on work and strengthening client relationships.
* You’ll capture insights and outcomes from Labs and internal projects, packaging them into case studies, frameworks, and repeatable playbooks.
* You’ll be actively interested in the disciplines you work alongside, curious about clients, and bring a growth mindset that encourages innovative thinking and continuous improvement.
* You’ll help drive product thinking for internal AI tools and adoption across internal teams, capturing usage feedback and iterating for improvement.
* You’ll help others understand product management practices and utilise them outside of product delivery.
* You’ll be an active member of our community of practice, with a passion for product management and how we can strive to be better.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Comfortable working with AI/ML or emerging technologies — not as a builder but as someone who can credibly engage with technical experts and experiment with tools.
* You’ll stay current with the latest in AI and the evolving landscape from platforms and adoption trends to risks, ethics, and opportunities.
* You’ll have experience taking products through most stages of the product lifecycle and will have driven an AI product or feature through the 0-1 stage and iterated on it based on learnings.
* Ability to share how you’ve created demonstrable value for organisations and users, especially where AI is involved.
* You’ll be confident using data to make decisions and evolve products.
* You like to ask “why” and help teams address root causes rather than symptoms.
* Be an advocate for agile working, user-centred design, and delivering customer value.
* You’ll be adaptable and hands-on, owning the full journey and taking end-to-end ownership from shaping experiments to delivery.
* You’ll likely have experience coaching non-experts in product and helping others grow capability in the practice.
* Strong communication and consulting skills, working with senior stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and complex ideas are understood.
* You enjoy working strategically and can move between detail and high-level direction.
* You want to grow as a product manager and help others do so too.
