Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour paid lunch
Local Building and Refurbishment Company based in Rainham Essex requires a skilled tradesperson to work with our existing team. Working on sites in London, Essex and surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Tradespeople who specialise in a single trade discipline. We are looking for qualified professionals such as:
* Carpenter
* Plumber
* Bricklayer
* Painter & Decorator
* Plasterer
* Tiler
* Roofer
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craft and deliver high-quality workmanship within their specific trade.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out work to a high professional standard within your trade specialism
* Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications where required
* Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and safety standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environmentCommunicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
* Complete projects within agreed timeframes
Requirements
* Proven experience in your specific trade
* Relevant qualifications or apprenticeship
* Valid CSCS card (if required)
* Have or be able to pass a DBS check
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload
* Good problem-solving skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
