About the role:
As a Domiciliary Support Worker, you will assist with daily living tasks such as domestic chores, social support, personal care, medication assistance, meal prep, and financial management.
You will support individuals in their local community, and must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, as many of the people we support lead active lifestyles.
This role involves supporting individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism, and may include sleep-in shifts.
The role includes various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends, with sleep-in allowances.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude, and provide full training, including shadow shifts with experienced staff.
You must be over 18 years old. A UK driving license is advantageous. A DBS check for both adults and children is required.
