Senior Associate / Partner Banking & Finance - Bournemouth
Our fantastic client, a leading UK practice with ambitious growth plans, is looking to expand their specialist Banking & Finance team with a senior hire in their Bournemouth office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor to step into a senior role. Whether you're already operating at Partner level or ready to make that move. The team is thriving, the work is high quality, and you'll gain immediate exposure to major financial institutions, including several household names. Due to continued growth, the team is looking to strengthen its offering with a dynamic, commercially minded lawyer who can run their own caseload and play an active role in business development.
What you'll be advising on
You'll handle a broad range of banking and finance matters, including:
* Corporate lending
* Acquisition finance
* Asset finance
* Real estate finance
* Invoice discounting
* Refinancing transactions
* Acting for borrowers, lenders and investors across multiple sectors
You'll be joining a team known for its technical excellence, strong client relationships and ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
About you
The ideal candidate will bring:
* 7+ PQE in banking and finance (or at least 5+ PQE with strong senior level experience)
* A background gained at a respected city or leading regional firm
* A strong network of existing relationships and a solid reputation in the market
* Excellent technical and procedural knowledge
* Strong organisational skills and a dynamic, proactive approach
* Confidence in marketing and business development, with the ability to help grow the practice
