As a Toyota Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging customers with the latest Toyota products and technologies.
You will work 5 days a week (42.5 hours), including regular weekends. Working hours are 08:30 - 18:00 Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00 Sat, and 10:00 - 16:00 Sun.
Basic salary up to £25,000 plus bonus and a company car (OTE £30,000).
As part of the sales team, you will be a point of contact for our customers, welcoming them to our showroom or responding to telephone or online inquiries. You will deliver product and vehicle presentations, demonstrating excellent knowledge of Toyota.
Don’t worry if you’re not a Toyota expert yet; our comprehensive training program will equip you with all the knowledge needed to become a Toyota Brand Ambassador.
Role and responsibilities include:
1. Create and maintain a positive, customer-friendly sales environment and oversee the showroom's daily maintenance and presentation.
2. Promote and sell the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Listers and brand policies.
3. Be prepared to receive and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, walk-in, email, and LiveChat, following Listers' sales processes.
4. Guide and inform customers, providing enthusiastic and knowledgeable vehicle presentations.
5. Achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
What we’re looking for:
1. No prior motor industry experience needed; however, you should have proven customer service skills and the ability to work well with people.
2. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
3. A well-presented individual with a desire and attitude to succeed.
4. Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
