Senior Security Analyst

As the Senior Security Analyst, you will be part of the technology team delivering our post-implementation roadmap, building and advising on complex security scenarios. This role is key to ensuring that our Workday platform remains compliant and adheres to our internal governance frameworks.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in Workday Security and Core HCM
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Ability to engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, Risk, and Compliance
* Experience leading end-to-end security requirements from design to deployment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Additional Valued Skills
* Workday Security Pro Certification
* Knowledge of other Workday Modules
Role Purpose
Manage the delivery of large-scale technical projects across the bank, collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and continuous improvement using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
2. Collaborate with business teams to support solution proposals, effort estimations, and timelines.
3. Work with engineering and quality teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with bank policies and security standards.
4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical projects.
5. Manage change requests and stakeholder communication throughout projects.
6. Oversee vendor relations to ensure compliance with agreements.
7. Stay updated on industry trends to foster continuous learning and technical excellence.
Leadership Expectations
Contribute to strategic planning, resource management, and policy development. Lead or guide teams and initiatives, demonstrating leadership behaviors such as listening, inspiring, aligning, and developing others. Advise stakeholders on technical and strategic matters, manage risks, and promote a culture of control and compliance.
