About The Role

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday (3.5 hours per day)

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


* Assist with administration duties within Cleaning and Facilities Management.
* To answer all telephone enquiries leaving clear written messages to whom they concern.
* To record holiday, sickness or absence for the team.
* Fully competent with use of Microsoft Word/Excel sheets and have the potential to develop these areas further.
* Order stationary within the department in adherence to stock holding levels & cost control.
* General cleaning of the offices.
* Produce quality and professional signage when required.
* To effectively file and maintain all invoices and receipts.
* Make sure all staff complete and sign any training forms as directed by Management.
* To input stock and manage/file reports for end of month.
* To take minutes of all meetings and type up any notes and effectively file as required.



The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria

* Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times, adhering to the Company Uniform Policy and personal hygiene standards.
* Ensure full compliance with all client, company, and legal requirements, including health and safety regulations. This includes the proper display of notices and the accurate reporting of first aid incidents, accidents, and near misses.
* Promptly notify Management of any discrepancies or issues encountered during end-of-day procedures.
* Assist with the effective ordering and management of office supplies and documentation, under the guidance of Management.
* Uphold and maintain the required standards of service delivery. Any deficiencies must be reported immediately and addressed without delay.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the operational needs of the cleaning facility.
