Role: Planning, Purchasing and Stock Administrator Location: Rochdale Type: Permanent Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum - Depending on experience Hours: Monday-Friday days Russell Taylor Group are recruiting a Planning, Purchasing and Stock Administrator to join our client's expanding operations in Rochdale. The Role: Generate and manage work orders, ensuring accurate completion and return of stock into inventory. Provide accurate and timely documentation to the Filling and Dispatch Departments. Oversee the movement, addition, and removal of stock within the inventory system as needed. Allocate stock to sales orders to support the Customer Services team in coordinating dispatch. Execute the production schedule, including raising batch sheets, printing and distributing work orders, and processing completed worksheets. Liaise with key departments and actively participate in cross-departmental meetings. Raise and place purchase orders for raw materials and non-stock items within the inventory system. Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly operational reports. Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth running of operations.
