Mandarin speaking Airline Reserevations Consultant needed !!
My client currently seeking a Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join our professional dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for reservation sales, ticketing and reporting services for the airline's clients.
About you:
* Good standard of written and spoken English
* Good standard of numeric skills
* Fluent Mandarin - speak, read & write - essential
* Minimum two years' experience in an airline reservations and ticketing role
* Strong Reservations, Fares & E-Ticketing experience in Amadeus
* Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to act professionally under pressure
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work as part of a team and individually
* Customer focused, well-presented and well spoken
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
Your Responsibilities:
1. Taking reservations calls from both direct passengers and trade partners
2. Generating airline bookings, changes, ancillaries, etc. and issuing/reissuing tickets/EMD's (auto & manual fare-build)
3. Processing invoices and payments of airline tickets, whilst adhering to strict airline and company reporting guidelines
